This website collects nothing about you. There is no analytics, no advertising and no third-party content of any kind.

Cookies and tracking

We set no cookies and use no local storage. There are no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts, no embedded fonts, videos or maps loaded from other domains. Every file this site serves comes from this domain, which is why you are not seeing a cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Server logs

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs of requests, which can include IP addresses, for the purpose of operating and securing the service. These are not used to profile visitors and are not combined with any other data.

If you email us

If you write to us, we process your email address, your name and whatever you choose to tell us — solely to reply and to take the conversation forward. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as it is relevant, and we do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict our processing of it, and request a copy in a portable format. Write to hello@looplx.com and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
